Today I tried Quill’s Coffee in St. Matthews for the first time today! I have only heard good things about their business and coffee. I went in with high expectations and they definitely met and exceeded those expectations.
I tried the Iced Latte. When your order a coffee (at least the latte) you have a choice between a 16 ounce and a 24 ounce. I chose the 16 ounce. The latte had a perfect ratio of milk to coffee. It did have a strong coffee taste to it so if you enjoy strong coffee taste this coffee is for you! If you are not a big fan of the strong taste they do have an option to put flavoring in your coffee. I did not try the flavoring so I cannot speak to how it tasted (if you have let us know what you thought of it in the comments) but I would assume that it would create a sweeter taste.
Overall I would recommend this coffee especially for you hardcore coffee drinkers! This coffee shop had a fun environment and is a great place to meet up with a friend! If you try this coffee let me know what you think of it in the comments!
